Our Requirements
With our current and future hotel partners, there are certain requirements for our groups that are non-negotiable.
Indoor Corridors
The safety and security of our group members is always our top priority. That’s why we strive to feature hotel properties with indoor corridors. While we are happy to honor requests for specific hotels with exterior access, such as Disney’s All-Star Resort, our standard is to select properties with interior hallways whenever possible.
Breakfast
Food costs at each destination play a significant role in the overall affordability of a tour. To help manage these expenses, we partner whenever possible with nationally recognized hotel brands that provide a complimentary breakfast for every group member. Of course, if a group leader prefers a property without this inclusion, we are happy to accommodate their request.
Group Friendly
It may surprise some, but not every hotel is able—or willing—to accommodate youth groups. We ensure that the properties we partner with offer essentials such as motor-coach parking, double-queen or double-king bedding in group rooms, and convenient room blocks to properly position chaperones and leaders. Beyond these basics, there are dozens of additional factors that define a truly ‘Group Friendly’ property, and we work closely with hotels to make sure those standards are met.
Good Value
Our groups are consistently impressed with the quality of our hotel properties. We carefully select hotels that deliver the greatest value, offering desirable features and in-room amenities at the best possible price. While groups may not spend much time in the hotel, they expect clean, comfortable rooms with modern conveniences—and that’s exactly what we provide. By securing the best properties at the lowest costs, we ensure exceptional value for every traveler.
Location
One of the biggest challenges with group travel can be hotel location and the time it takes to reach attractions or events. That’s why we carefully select properties that fit each group’s itinerary while also delivering cost savings. Centrally located hotels are key to maximizing the short time groups have at a destination, so we focus on properties that make both logistical and financial sense.
